Longevity Lifestyle

The AdaptiveRx Method

The AdaptiveRx method offers the potential to arm oneself against all forms of stress. We forge a biological shield against challenges of everyday life. This is accomplished through a controlled process of exposing your mind and body to environmental stressors while supporting the ability of your adaptive DNA expression. This bolsters your defenses to fight whatever the world brings your way. We will train your natural coping mechanisms, instill resiliency and strength to enhance recovery and rejuvenation of your mind and body.

The human body is designed to adapt. Life is not meant to be lived in the comfort zone. We all know what is there for us. A functional decline of most biological processes. This includes dysregulation of mitochondrial metabolism, cellular function, tissue failure, and body function. This is the definition of aging; resulting in frailty of those systems. Imagine the elderly person hit by a cold gust of wind and developing pneumonia. It is important to understand the implication of this. A cold gust of wind suppressed this person’s immune system so much so that a bacterium that was already there was able to grow to a level that could threaten their life. Now imagine the resilient person. That cold gust of wind hits them in the chest and exhilarates them bringing more energy into their day. This could be you.

Your stress responses rapidly shape your aging. Through exposing yourself to the elements of nature the many systems of the body regenerate and become younger compared to baseline. At AdaptiveRx we offer you the opportunity to incorporate true healthcare into your life to fend off disease, become resilient, and live life happy, healthy, and strong. We do this through a science-based foundation which is then catered to the individual. We will guide and educate you on how to best incorporate the elements into your life so that you avoid overstressing the body and see only the amazing benefits our process can offer you.
